HIROSHIMA SCREAMER
Key Art for Cinematic Short Film
key art images for my ongoing cinematic short film, which features a gripping story about a Yakuza family driven by vengeance. The artwork captures the essence of the narrative, blending mood, tone, and visual storytelling to reflect the film’s themes.
Workflow & Creative Process
To create these marketing visuals, I began by capturing assets directly in Unreal Engine. I then composited the scenes in Photoshop, where I focused on design, layout, and copy to align with promotional goals.
For the first image, I incorporated an AI-generated background environment and explosion to efficiently establish a dramatic shot. This approach allowed me to quickly achieve a look without the time investment required to build a complex scene with lighting and VFX. The decision was driven by production speed and visual impact, while ensuring consistency with the overall aesthetic.
